How Posteri writes, reviews and updates its content — authorship, expert review, sourcing and corrections.
- Every clinical article names its author and expert reviewer.
- We cite guidance from NICE, the British Menopause Society, the NHS and peer-reviewed research.
- Clinical content is reviewed at least every 12 months, and sooner when guidance changes.
- Where evidence is uncertain or contested, we say so plainly.
- We do not publish miracle cures, scare stories or unsourced claims.
